50 agriturismo’s in Tuscany for electric car drivers

Are you planning on visiting Tuscany with your electric car?

As we are proud electric drivers (3 years Tesla Model S), we know that we have to prepare our summer holidays slightly more than the other drivers. Especially in areas where there not a lot of Tesla Superchargers yet.

We have been in Tuscany for two summers, always looking out for beautiful authentic (eco-friendly) accommodations that provide charging. On websites such as Booking.com, there still is no filter for ‘Electric Vehicle Charging’ so we are depending on our own experience and the shared posts on Facebook or the Tesla forum. As the question comes up every now and then, I will share my list with other electric drivers.

How to find accomodations that provide charging electric vehicles?

I have collected over 120 beautiful agriturismo’s in Italy and emailed them. From their responses I have collected 50 accomodations that are willing to provide charging your electric car. Some are also  listed on the Destination Charger-map and some are from ecobnb.com.
